Our Team of Leaders
FBR Capital Markets' Executive Committee is responsible for the development and execution of the firm's strategic plan and new business initiatives. The committee is led by Eric F. Billings, who serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; Richard J. Hendrix, President and Chief Operating Officer; and eight senior executives.
The Executive Committee is supported by a 30-member Operating Committee which is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of FBR Capital Markets' operations.
